Using Words
Words provides vocabulary-study tools, including word lists, flashcards, quizzes, audio, review features, and progress tracking. Features, supported exams, and availability may change as the app develops.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for activity performed through it. Information you provide should be accurate. You may stop using Words or request deletion of your account at any time.
Free and premium access
Words may offer a free version supported by advertising and optional paid subscriptions. The price, billing period, trial terms, and included features will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the relevant App Store or Google Play account settings before renewal. Store rules govern billing, cancellations, and refunds.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Words, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, copy or redistribute protected app content in bulk, circumvent paid access, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Content and ownership
The Words name, interface, original content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Vocabulary terms and exam names may belong to their respective owners. Your limited right to use Words is personal, non-exclusive, and revocable.
Independent study tool
Words is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the organizations that administer HSK, JLPT, TOPIK, DELE, or the other proficiency exams referenced by the app. Using Words does not guarantee an exam score or certification result.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Words reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including to improve the app, protect users, or comply with platform requirements.
Disclaimer
Words is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Study content may contain occasional errors and should not be treated as an official replacement for exam-provider materials.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
